I can bet that for most of us when hearing the word [vacuum] an image of a sucking force gets imprinted on our brain it was used for me also but one day I felt upon questioning the vacuum is a force then how on earth 'the air is there' cause there is a whole sucking vacuum in space out there I went on and thought about it rigorously and searched about it and it led to a refinement in my perspective about what vacuum is!
A vacuum is not a force folks it is just a space void of matter and there is not any cause of force due to a void not until now how the so-called blanket of gaseous molecules around us is just because of NEWTONIAN gravitational force which every single atom is experiencing due to the presence of other molecules and ain't anything applying a force of greater magnitude from outside so air can't escape it means the air is experiencing the g force in one direction only so this is the unbalanced force which is the paramount reason of the presence of an atmosphere on earth
okay now after watching the video you might be a little overwhelmed about the pressure and the force exerted by the atmosphere of our planet BUT as per our motto QUESTION EVERYTHING don't worry I will help you scale that, so what is atmospheric pressure, the context of this article it's just the force per unit area applied by gas molecules on every object, it varies with height above sea level is equivalent to 1 atm/0.9869bar/10^5 pascals which mean each object at sea level every object bears a force of 1kg/cm^2 area which is nothing but pressure due to 10^19 molecules of air per cm^3 of space on earth surface so you now know that its the 1kg per cm^2 of one-way force which had just squeezed the hell out of the tank!!!
